Here at John Seagram Candles & Fragrances we do everything we can to make purchasing our products an enjoyable experience. Please read through the following information as it will help us in ensuring that you will be completely happy.

Ordering

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check this carefully and, if you need to make any changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we won’t be able to make any changes.

Delivery

Our delivery charge is based on a percentage of the order value. FREE Delivery is available when you spend €50 or more on products. Delivery charges to locations outside Ireland vary depending on location so please contact us prior to ordering in order to get an accurate quotation.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly. Delivery is typically within 5 working days. However if you have an urgent request we will do whatever we can to accommodate you. Once we’ve dispatched your parcel, it will usually take 1 to 2 working days to arrive. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

NB: We use a courier service or An Post for our deliveries. Your delivery address must be a location where there is someone to receive the parcel during working hours – Monday to Friday, as a signature may have to be obtained by the courier to confirm safe delivery.

If there is likely to be nobody at the delivery address during working hours, then consider giving us details of a work address, or a neighbour (making sure that they are aware of the delivery).

Payment

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Your laser and/or credit card details are very safe because we use Stripe and PayPal for all our transactions. Both providers use the latest security technology to ensure your card details are extremely secure.

You can choose either the Credit Card option or PayPal at the Checkout stage.

At no stage will your card details ever be held by John Seagram. The entire transaction is handled by Stripe or PayPal.

Other Stuff

We reserve the right to make minor modifications to our products and their design / make-up if needed every so often.

We may use photographs of our shipments for promotional purpose (on our website, Facebook or Instagram pages) but we ensure that we don’t use our most recent items so that we don’t spoil any surprises!
