How to use: Add a few drops to an aroma diffuser with water. A few drops of oil are enough to achieve the desired effect. You can also mix these essential oils with a carrier oil and use them topically to take full advantage of their beneficial properties, e.g. as a massage oil, or rub them on the wrists or other pulse points (neck, temples, soles of the feet). Essential oils are very concentrated and should not be used undiluted on the skin as they are made up of very small molecules.

Cautions: For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years old. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. Discontinue use if any nausea, headache, dizziness or allergic reaction occurs. Best kept in a cool dry place and used within 12 months of opening.
