How to use
- Add a few drops to an oil diffuser, oil burner, or potpourri to fill your space with a delightful scent
- Take a relaxing bath by adding some of this oil to the water
- Mix the Spa Blend with a carrier oil and massage a few drops on your feet, wrists and neck, for the full therapeutic effect at any time.
If using for a massage, make sure to dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil first (eg. Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, etc.). Use a ratio of 2-3 drops of essential oil to 5ml of carrier oil for topical use.
